Business and purchases
RestlessMinds is the brand. Restless Records LLC is the seller and service provider. Questions: restlessminds444@gmail.com.
Product and service prices are shown on their pages. Available payment methods, applicable shipping charges, and taxes are shown at checkout. Merchandise is made to order through Printful. Check the product description, size, color, and delivery information before ordering. The Shipping Policy and Refund Policy explain production estimates and order issue resolution.
Service scope and cancellations
Each service includes only the audience, deliverables, consultation duration, turnaround, and revision allowance described on the Services page. Additional work requires a separate quote. Turnaround begins after the consultation and receipt of all required materials. Audience growth, revenue, or other outcomes are not guaranteed.
Bookings are intended to be paid through Wix checkout. Cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund if work has not started. Late cancellations and no-shows include one courtesy reschedule. If we cancel, undelivered services are refunded. Editing projects canceled after work starts receive an itemized refund of the unearned balance; stages and allocations are agreed before work begins. See the Refund Policy for details.
Project materials and final review
Supply only footage, music, artwork, and other materials that you own or have permission to use. The Content Creation package includes the final MP4 videos and posting captions described on the Services page; source project files are excluded. Any additional licensing or usage requirements must be agreed before work starts.
Nothing in these policies removes rights that apply under law.
